Q. What is MunchEm?

A. MunchEm is a website and app built to save you time and money when ordering food. Instantly Find nearby restaurants, view their entire menu and select exactly what you want. Decide if you want your food delivered or prepared for pick up. Place your order and pay online or pay when you pick up. Pick up or have your food delivered without waiting in lines or call waiting.


Q. Do I need to pay extra to order using this site/app?

A. Not as long as the restaurant you order from is Affiliated.  Affiliated Restaurants are working with us to deliver the best possible experience for customers. If a restaurant is not labeled as Affiliated, we may tack on a Convenience Fee to help us keep the lights on.


Q. Why should I use MunchEm instead of calling the restaurant?

When you order through our website you will never be put on hold or get a busy signal. You won't have to relay your order through someone who speaks a different language or has an accent. Every question you could possibly have about the menu is already answered. Your order is transmitted to the restaurant in an accurate fashion. It’s much less frustrating than communicating an order over the phone. There are no language barriers when ordering online. You won’t have to wait in line for your food if you order ahead for pick up. Give it a try and see for yourself!


Q. How Long will My Delivery Take?

A. Our average delivery time is 30- 45 minutes if you are in the immediate zone of the restaurant, most of the time we can do it in less time. Delivery times vary based on traffic, the restaurant's peak busy hours and weather conditions. We recommend that large orders be placed at least 90 minutes in advance.


Q. Does MunchEm take my credit card information?

A. Through our app and website we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards.We also process payments via PayPal. You can also pay our drivers with cash for affiliated restaurants, we currently don't accept cards upon arrival, and we currently do not accept checks.


Q. Do restaurants ever receive my Credit Card / PayPal information?

A. No, never. We communicate to the restaurant that payment was made.


Q. What address should I use for placing orders?

A. Use the street address you want your food delivered to. MunchEm can store your addresses (if you are registered) and allow you to use them for future orders. Please make sure you are reachable by providing us with your mobile phone. Our drivers should be able to reach you to inform you if there is traffic, restaurant's busy, weather conditions etc. that are delaying your delivery.

Q. What does Affliated Partner mean?

A. These are Certified restaurants who are working closely with MunchEm to provide the best possible ordering services for restaurants. Ordering from certified restaurants is FREE. No additional convenience charges.


Q. Is there a guaranteed delivery time?

A. MunchEm can’t guarantee delivery time. Uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, the kind of dish ordered, etc. can affect the actual delivery time. MunchEm, however, guarantees your delivery order. Any complaints and/or inquiries, please email us at in case the order is delayed by more than the stipulated time so that we can follow-up on the order. Please note that, in some cases, it’s the restaurants that do delivery.


Q. What do I do in case there is some problem with my order?

 A. Please call us at our helpline number (407) 996-6666 at any time. Our representatives will assist you with any problems. You can also use LiveChat via the MunchEm website to get in touch with our customer service representative who is available during delivery hours.


Q. Can I cancel an order after placing it?

 A. You cannot cancel an order for which the restaurant may have started processing. In case the restaurant has not started processing the order, you can call the restaurant phone # directly (provided in your order details). If you have already paid using PayPal, email us at if the restaurant already canceled your order.

We only refund money if a mistake was made by MunchEm otherwise you will charge a cancellation fee of $10 if the restaurant has started processing your order. If the restaurant has started processing your order, you will be charged the whole amount. 


Q. I can't find my restaurant...

A. If you cannot find your restaurant on MunchEm, that restaurant might not be listed with MunchEm yet. You can recommend a restaurant, just Sign Up  with us and we can bring the restaurant online within 2 days once the restaurant contacts MunchEm.


Q. What if internet connection is lost at any step in between?

A. If you received an order ID, your order was sent to the restaurant. If you did not, your transaction did not complete and your order was not placed. You would have to place the order again, in case you have any further trouble please call us at 407.996.6666  or use Chat on our website/app anytime during delivery hours and our representative will take your order.


Q. How do I place an order?

A. Visit and enter your current address (or where you'd like the food delivered) in to the search box. View nearby restaurants and pick the one that tickles your fancy. Select the items that make your tummy rumble. Once you think you've built the perfect feast, select Pick Up or Delivery. Enter a Promo Code if you have one! Select “Check Out”. Enter your information so we know who you are! Select “Submit & pay in person” or “Pay with PayPal or card". Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation number.


Q. What type of payments do the restaurants accept?

A. They’ll accept payments in person and/or online. Online is powered by PayPal. You could use your PayPal account or pay with a credit card. They accept Visa, American Express, Master Card, and Discover.

Q. How much does MunchEm delivery cost?

MunchEm delivery prices vary depending on Affiliation or Non Afiliation and location of restuarant to customer. There are also promotions offered regualrly that allows for delivery fees to be dropped (I.e First time users, etc.) as well. The base fee for non Afiliated restaurants is $4.99 plus any possible additional fees like Mileage, taxes/convience fees, and tip. While Afiliated restaurants are $3.99 plus the aformentioned fees if applicable.

Q. What if I have a special request for an order?

A. You can add a special request to an order via the special instructions box located under each item chosen as well as in a final insrtuctions box accessible at checkout. However, keep in mind that the special request may not be possible or it could incur an additional charge that would not be reflected on the total. If an additional charge is required, you will be contacted via customer service in order to make said payment.


Q. How do I use your Promo code?

A. On the right side of the screen your cart will fill up with your selected items. Once you have completed this list, at the bottom just above "Check Out" it will show "Get deal," that is where the promo code is typed. Then you simply hit get deal and the code will be deducted in the value of that code. In the app however, the cart will fill up in the top right corner of page, You must select the cart, and then on the next page "Order Details" you will see "Redeem," just before the total fee, and right under your itemitized list. Here you will enter your promo code and then hit Reddem to reciev your discount. Keep in mind that in order for the promo code to work, you have to be logged in and pay with either PayPal or a credit card.


Q. How far does MunchEm deliver?


Our delivery zone is 2.5 miles, and the delivery fee for 2.5 mile delivery zone for MunchEm is a flat $3.99 for affiliated restaurants. If it is a non-affiliated restaurant, the delivery fee is a flat $4.99

Extended Delivery Zones - We do offer extended zones upto 10 miles for larger orders. To pay for driver time and gas, we charge an additional $1.79/mile for orders beyond 2.5 miles.

Munchies FAQ

Q. How much are my Munchies worth?

It takes 100 Munchies to earn $1 worth of food, so you can think of each point as a penny. Of course, there is no cash value associated with them, but your Munchies can be exchanged for free food.

Q. How do I use Munchies to order?

Once you’ve earned enough Munchies, you can use them to pay for your order by selecting “Pay with Munchies” at checkout. This option won’t be available if you don’t have enough to cover the cost of the order, or if you haven’t verified your account yet.

Q. How can I earn Munchies?

There are lots of great ways to earn Munchies. In addition to earning Munchies every time you place an order with us, you’ll also get points for sharing our app with your friends, updating your profile, or writing restaurant reviews.

Q. Can I transfer my Munchies to another account?

Unfortunately, Munchies are non-transferrable.

Q. Where can I use my Munchies?

Munchies may be used any time you place an order using our system. That means you can use them for any restaurant you find in our app. The Munchies must be greater than or equal to the order amount. 

Q. Do my Munchies expire?

Nope, Munchies don’t expire.

Q. What is the Munchies program, and how does it work?

Munchies are a loyalty program that allows us to reward our best customers with free food. Customers earn Munchies by using our app or website to order food or share with friends, and Munchies can be used like cash for food orders.

Q. Are there any age restrictions on participating?

Yes, the Munchies program is available to people 18 years of age and older.

Q.What information is required to sign up?

You can start earning Munchies as soon as you create your MunchEm account. For that, we’ll only need your phone number or email address. However, we’ll need to verify your account before you can redeem them.

Q. Do I need to buy anything to start earning Munchies?

Nope, you can earn Munchies without making a purchase. In fact, if you can share our app with enough people, you can potentially earn enough Munchies to place an order without ever making a purchase.

There is no limit to the number of Munchies you can acquire. See if you can earn enough to eat for free every week!

Q. I've ordered using Munchies. How and when will I receive it?

There is no difference between a paid order and a Munchies order. You’ll get your order the same great way you always do when you use our service.

Q. Why does it say my phone number is not valid?

We need a valid mobile number to send a text message and verify your account. If your phone can’t receive texts, it may be considered invalid.
