Casey’s Boosts Tech for Effortless Orders!

Casey’s General Stores has expanded its AI-driven automated voice assistant (AVA) to streamline off-premise orders across its entire footprint. Developed by SYNQ3 Restaurant Solutions, the system now operates in over 2,500 stores across 16 states. AVA handles incoming phone calls, processes orders, offers reorder and upsell options, and integrates seamlessly with Casey’s loyalty platform and point-of-sale system.

The move comes a year after initial testing and aligns with Casey’s three-year growth plan. The company aims to enhance efficiency and reduce friction for both team members and guests, further simplifying the ordering experience in its convenience stores.
