Chili’s Introduces Ziosk Pay-At-Table Tech

Chili’s has reintroduced Ziosk tablets at over 1,100 locations, replacing its previous tech partner, Presto. These pay-at-table devices enhance the dining experience by allowing quick payments and boosting table turnover.

The Ziosk tablets, which saw 90% guest adoption, also integrate Chili’s My Chili’s Rewards program, improving customer engagement and loyalty. The technology includes AI-driven analytics and interactive features like games and post-dining surveys, helping Chili’s refine its service.

CEO Kevin Hochman highlighted the value of detailed customer profiles for targeted marketing. Despite this tech rollout, Chili’s has scaled back other tech initiatives, focusing instead on advanced kitchen equipment.
