Steak 'n Shake, the renowned US restaurant chain with over 500 locations worldwide, has unveiled plans to introduce the cutting-edge PopID platform to its self-ordering kiosks. This innovative move aims to revolutionize digital interactions and payments through consumer-driven biometric verification.

Initially launching in selected venues within the Orlando market, the company intends to expand the technology to over 300 corporate locations.

PopID's optional Check-In feature scans customers' faces, effortlessly signing them into their loyalty rewards account and streamlining the ordering process. PopPay, another offering from PopID, facilitates secure payments, reducing both fraud and processing fees.

Steak 'n Shake's Chief Information Officer, Keith Correia, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, emphasizing the enhanced speed and convenience that guests will enjoy. With this integration, ordering at Steak 'n Shake has never been more effortless or seamless.
