Restaurant tech company QSR Automations has partnered with Erickson Senior Living, the US’s second-largest independent living provider, to improve efficiency and enhance the dining experience for residents.

The partnership uses delayed routing technology to ensure meals are served consistently and promptly, while capacity management helps to prevent crowded lobbies and overworked servers. The new technology offers residents a restaurant-like experience and improves the quality of life for those with health conditions or mobility issues. Additionally, QSR Automations’ other technologies such as ConnectSmart are being used in off-premise ordering and contactless delivery, ensuring all orders arrive at their destination in good time and condition.
